- Calendula for pain reduction

- Shingles Topical Cream – Cayenne, Lemon Balm, Licorice, Thuja
- Anti-itch (antipruritic) – Chickweed, Kava, Peppermint, I like some red clover too.
- Cold sore creams – Myrrh, Lemon balm, Thuja
- School scores – Golden seal, Myrrh, Propolis.
- Poultices for bruising/swelling/pain – Comfrey poultices, I have found this particularly good for cracked ribs, messy but effective.
- Poultices for boils – old remedy passed on through my grandmother raw sugar/sunlight soap, slight paste made with water apply, I can add herbs depending on antibacterial/antiviral/antiparasitic this will draw out the infection from the boil.
